Puan Hajah Rotina Mohd Daik, the Director-General of the National Landscape Department said JLN always strives to promote the tree planting campaign and recommended to all local councils to plant shade trees or floering trees and native tree species to add the vitality of the city and balance the ecology.

She also explained there are two domestic parks, namely Federal Parks and Public Parks and she hopes that these two domestic parks could create "green corridor" throughout the country with the cooperation of the government to plan, develop and manage parks throughout the state.

31 Mei - Bukit Kiara Park To Be Closed From Tuesday (June 1) - The Star

KUALA LUMPUR: Taman Persekutuan Bukit Kiara in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) will be closed to the public starting Tuesday (June 1).

A statement from the National Landscape Department on Monday (May 31) said the park would be closed in its entirety throughout the full movement control order, which starts on Tuesday and is scheduled to end on June 14.
